How It Works:
Step 1 - All participants will get started by doing a body composition test.
Step 2 - Commit and stick to a training schedule. The training is up to you! Of course the more you train, the better results you'll get. We recommend 3 or more sessions each week to get optimal results. You've got the option of group classes, semi private PT's, and personal training sessions.
Step 3 - At the end of 7 weeks you will do another body composition test to compare before and after results. The person from each group that has the best improvement with their age match to body will win a prize.

Body Composition Testing
Start Date: Saturday, May 13, 2017
Time: From 8-10am (the test takes less than 1 minute)

- A Segmental Analysis

Pam from Evolve Into Fitness will be at the studio to print out and give you a detailed A4 results sheet and an easy to interpret explanation.
