Jarrod's Story
"I started training at Fitness Ring in January of this year and have lost 18kgs. My goal was to keep training consistently learn how to box and get results. The challenges are a lot of fun and a great way to reach your fitness goals faster.  I’ve been really happy with the progress I’ve made as a result of participating in the challenges.
The body composition scans are extremely detailed and a very useful way of tracking your progress.
Tonia and the Fitness Ring team provide constant support and tips throughout each  challenge, to help everyone get the most out of it.
One of the best things about the challenges is that they motivate me to get to Fitness Ring and squeeze in an extra session or two each week. This is great for me, because I find that the more I train, the better I am at dealing with the stresses that come with working in a busy, high pressure job at a lawfirm. Getting to the gym and training either before or after a long day in the office is a brilliant way to either prepare yourself for the day, or de-stress at the end of it!"
