4 Steps To Weight Loss This Winter
1. Plan Ahead
You're more likely to reach your goals by planning your exercise/diet a week in advance. Use our free app to book all classes online. Using your smart phone or old fashioned journal, record everything that you eat/drink. Plan to eat 90% of meals that are home cooked. This will create awareness in a positive way.
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
2. Set Realisic Goals
It's more then likely you won't be losing 20 kilos in a month so make sure you set realistic/acheivable goals. It's healthy to lose 1% of your body weight per week. If you want to see faster results, ramp up your exercise by setting small goals.
3. Find Your Motivation
Why do you want to lose weight? How will it make you feel once you've lost the weight? What do you look forward to the most when you've lost your weight? How motivated are you on a scale of 1-10?
Write the answers down and post it on the fridge so you can see it everyday.
4. Measure Your Progress
Weekly weigh in on the same day each week, try on clothes once a month that were tight, take your measurements, and give yourself a fitness test monthly.
